It was issued 5 times in this pulpit folio format- 1611, 1613 /1611, 1617, 1634 and 1640 /1639 . This leaf was physically printed in the year 1640.
A huge blackletter pulpit folio leaf- Measures: 16 1/4″ x 10 3/4″ and is printed on cotton linen paper sometimes called rag paper. Very Good condition with only minor soiling as expected after 380 years of use.
